• Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable software

  • Opened consumables

  • Products showing signs of use or damage not caused by GeekyTec

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Free delivery on orders over R1600.

  • R150 flat rate for orders below R1600.

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days from confirmation.

  • Pre-orders or backorders may take longer, and we will notify you accordingly.

• Courier Services:

  • We use reputable local couriers for safe and efficient delivery.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once dispatched.
